購票方式說明-
確保您的權益，強烈建議您，在註冊會員或是結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到『訂單成立通知信』。

訂單成立通知信可能因其他因素未能寄達，僅提供交易通知之用，未收到訂單成立通知信不代表交易沒有成功，又或是刷卡付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試刷卡（即便收到銀行的授權成功的簡訊或電子郵件），若訂單逾期取消，則表示訂單真的沒有成立，請再重新訂購。一旦無法確認於網站上的訂單是否交易成功，請至會員帳戶的"訂單"查詢您的消費資料，只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的票券明細，若查不到您所訂購的票券，表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。

請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責
 

此活動票券可多次購買多張票券，請特別注意當天驗票入場時，每張票券都需核對購票者的個人身份。

若購票者持有多張票券，只要在現場完成身份核實程序後，可將票券提供給同行者，並按照「一人一票」的方式進場。

Ticket Purchase Instructions-

To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend that you avoid using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or during checkout. This is to prevent issues such as blocked or missed emails, or messages being marked as spam, which might result in not receiving the "Order Confirmation Email."
 

Ticket buyers for this event are allowed to purchase multiple tickets on multiple occasions. Please note that each ticket will be verified against the buyer's personal identification at the entrance on the day of the event.

If a buyer holds multiple tickets, they must complete the on-site identity verification process. Once verified, they can distribute the tickets to their companions, who will then be allowed entry on a "one person, one ticket" basis.

海外參加者-

網路購票採「實名制認證」，請在購票過程中於票券的「姓名（海外觀眾寫護照姓名）」、「手機」，正確填寫每一張票券入場人資料，並務必於送出前再次確認票券入場人資料正確無誤。
 

For Overseas Participants-

Online ticket purchases require "real-name authentication." During the purchase process, please correctly fill in the "Name (passport name for overseas attendees)" and "Phone number" for each ticket holder. Be sure to double-check the ticket holder's information before submitting to ensure its accuracy.
 

退票說明-
本活動委託 KKTIX 辦理退票，退票需酌收票價 10% 手續費，退票限活動前 10 天，請詳閱 KKTIX 退票辦法。
 

Refund Policy-

The ticket refund for this event is handled by KKTIX. A 10% handling fee will be charged for all refunds. The refund deadline is 10 days before the event. Please refer to the KKTIX Refund Policy for details.
 

Important Notice-

Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or any non-official KKTIX authorized sales channels, and avoid buying tickets through unknown third-party agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of such tickets. This may lead to potential fraud or transaction disputes, affecting your rights. In the event of being denied entry at the venue or facing other issues, the organizer and KKTIX will not be held responsible.
