此活動票券可多次購買多張票券，請特別注意當天驗票入場時，每張票券都需核對購票者的個人身份。
若購票者持有多張票券，只要在現場完成身份核實程序後，可將票券提供給同行者，並按照「一人一票」的方式進場。
Ticket Purchase Instructions-
To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend that you avoid using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or during checkout. This is to prevent issues such as blocked or missed emails, or messages being marked as spam, which might result in not receiving the "Order Confirmation Email."
Ticket buyers for this event are allowed to purchase multiple tickets on multiple occasions. Please note that each ticket will be verified against the buyer's personal identification at the entrance on the day of the event.
If a buyer holds multiple tickets, they must complete the on-site identity verification process. Once verified, they can distribute the tickets to their companions, who will then be allowed entry on a "one person, one ticket" basis.
海外參加者-
網路購票採「實名制認證」，請在購票過程中於票券的「姓名（海外觀眾寫護照姓名）」、「手機」，正確填寫每一張票券入場人資料，並務必於送出前再次確認票券入場人資料正確無誤。
For Overseas Participants-
Online ticket purchases require "real-name authentication." During the purchase process, please correctly fill in the "Name (passport name for overseas attendees)" and "Phone number" for each ticket holder. Be sure to double-check the ticket holder's information before submitting to ensure its accuracy.
退票說明-
根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以郵戳寄送日為準，退票需酌收票面金額10%手續費
Refund Policy-
According to the "Mandatory and Prohibitory Provisions for Standardized Performing Arts Ticket Contracts" set by the Ministry of Culture, there are four refund and exchange policies. This program adopts Policy 2: Consumers may request a refund or ticket exchange within 3 days after the purchase date (excluding the purchase date). From the 4th day after the purchase, refund or exchange requests will no longer be accepted. The date of the refund request is determined by the postmark. A handling fee of 10% of the ticket's face value will be charged for refunds.
Important Notice-
Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or any non-official KKTIX authorized sales channels, and avoid buying tickets through unknown third-party agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of such tickets. This may lead to potential fraud or transaction disputes, affecting your rights. In the event of being denied entry at the venue or facing other issues, the organizer and KKTIX will not be held responsible.
